Hospitality/Drive Thru Team Member Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and offer a fond farewell
• Show care and attentiveness to guests with a smile, maintaining eye contact, and speaking enthusiastically
• Ensure order accuracy, verifying order, confirm and receive payment
• Enhance the guest experience by showing care to our guests ("My Pleasure")
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training (Pathway) and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
