If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.Responsibilities:Manages and oversees the entirety of the project life cycle including resource allocation, project management day-to-day activities such as progress check-ins, project schedules, project close out and overall operational project management to ensure that activities are aligned to operational and strategic objectivesConduct policy research and develop policy briefs for federal healthcare agency, focused on mitigation of vulnerabilities to the federal healthcare programsParticipate in business development by supporting new opportunitiesSupport the development and evolution of firm Federal Healthcare and Government Solutions' methodologies and intellectual capitalLead junior teams in conducting policy informed data analyses and distill finding into actionable and intuitive data presentationsQualifications:A minimum of five years of healthcare solutions / policy experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferredBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/universityExpertise leading multi-disciplinary teams of data scientist and policy researchers with a government contextExperience using data and statistical analysis packages to develop data drive analysis and visualizations within a health program administration/implementation contextAbility to leverage health care landscape and trends to generate forward-looking, actionable insighted and guidance to improve health care program implementation Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex data analysis and policy findings orally and in writingFamiliarity and experience working with federal healthcare datasetsAbility to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines and work efficiently both individually and collaboratively as a teamAbility to travel as required to support firm engagementsApplicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearanceKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
