The ideal candidate is someone who brings:Consistency, reliability, and strong follow-throughProfessionalism and sound judgement in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality, accuracy, and paceComfort working with their hands and following precise baking and frosting standardsAbility to be cross-trained and the flexibility to jump in where neededHolidays: We are extremely busy leading up to major holidays. Candidates must be available for their assigned shifts and may be asked to work an additional shift or two during these high-volume weeks.Ideal candidate would be available at minimum Monday-Thursday 9:00am-3:30pm.
