The Opportunity As part of the Data Management team you architect end-to-end MDM solutions, including integration patterns and workflows. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, facilitating project success and maintaining elevated standards. You utilize your proficiency in MDM platforms to develop solutions that align with core business processes and enhance data management capabilities. Responsibilities - Architect thorough MDM solutions for business processes - Lead teams to achieve successful project execution - Manage client relationships and expectations effectively - Align data management solutions with business objectives - Utilize MDM platforms to enhance data capabilities - Maintain exemplary standards in project deliverables - Mentor team members in data management leading practices - Foster innovation and collaboration within the team What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Experience with SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand - Designing taxonomies and item catalog categories - Proficiency in end-to-end MDM solutions - Proficiency in data stewardship and model harmonization - Functional business knowledge in specific data domains - Relating MDM systems to business use cases Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
