Patient Support Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing 40-50 inbound calls daily, the remote Patient Support Representative will assist patients with inquiries regarding services and orders while providing compassionate support and accurate information. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing patient concerns and questions Complete data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner while working towards daily and monthly performance metrics Participate in virtual meetings and maintain a professional presence in a dedicated workspace Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment At least 1 year of experience in the medical industry, with familiarity in medical terminology Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and patient support is preferred High school diploma or GED
