Position Summary

Andrews Osborne Academy, a Preschool–12th Grade and Postgraduate independent school in Willoughby, Ohio, seeks an organized, motivated team member to join its Admission, Marketing, and Advancement team.

Admission

● Serve as a welcoming point of contact for prospective students and families, responding to inquiries and supporting families throughout the admission process.

● Coordinate campus tours, student visits, interviews, assessments, and other prospective family experiences.

● Assist with application processing, applicant file completion, and timely follow-up with families regarding required admission materials and next steps.

● Present Andrews Osborne Academy to prospective students and families during campus visits, admission events, and recruitment activities.

● Represent the school at admission fairs, conferences, community events, and other recruitment opportunities.

● Collaborate with faculty and staff to support admission activities and participate in student activities, school events, and community functions, including serving on the weekend team to chaperone student activities.

Marketing & Advancement

● Assist with the creation and editing of videos and print materials.

● Support social media efforts by capturing photos and videos at school events, archiving content, and monitoring platforms.

● Help develop digital and print marketing materials using graphic design tools such as Canva.

● Assist with planning and executing advancement events (fundraisers, alumni gatherings, donor receptions).

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant or transferable experience preferred. 

● Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail. 

● Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

● Proficiency in Google Workspace, experience with Blackbaud systems preferred. 

● Experience with event coordination, customer service, and family-facing communication. 

● Familiarity with social media, website content management, and basic photography/video is a plus.
