Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves physical labor, material handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, products, and inventory.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools as trained.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist warehouse team members with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to safely lift and move materials as required.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move packages
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
