BasisPath has an immediate opening for an experienced IT Program Manager with a focus on Systems Integration to support a key initiative in the Dulles Corridor area. If you have a passion for project management and a track record of successful program coordination, we invite you to apply!

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop technical project plans, processes, reports, and contract briefings.
- Identify and track program action items while monitoring ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate project schedules and capture meeting minutes.
- Provide program planning and coordination support.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and presentations.
- Assist the program sponsor with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements.
- Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) across programs, with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Set priorities, implement tasking, and deliver outputs that comply with project schedules and standards.
- Provide technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support for technical briefings
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Favorable Polygraph.
- All positions are 100% on site.
- Demonstrated experience in program planning and coordination support.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
- Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
- Experience facilitating and supporting Agile (Scrum or Kanban) activities.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
