***DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY, THEY WILL BE REDIRECTED***Hourly Rate:$37.23-$57.71(based on experience)$10,000 Sign-On for 2-year agreementand possible Relocation discussed at interview18% Perm Placement FeeRegistered Nurse - Med/SurgRegistered Nurses are responsible for the assessing,planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery.The Registered Nurse providers clinical leadership to the patient care team forthe assigned shift.ResponsibilitiesProvides leadership and supervision to healthcare team during assigned shift.Coordinates bed and patient care assignmentsduring shift and in preparation for the next shift to ensure consistency incare deliveryKnowledge - In collaboration withLeader/Director, actively pursues required knowledge and skills throughorientation activities specific to the unit, unit based in-service programs, readingcurrent literature and seeking new clinical learning opportunities.Relationships - Establishes effective workingrelationships with peers, physicians, and other members of the health careteam.Identifies and confers with appropriate resources regardingpatient care decisions.Analyzes assessment data to determine actual orpotential diagnosis, problems, and issues.Plans and evaluates care in collaboration withappropriate disciplines for assigned patients.Collects pertinent data and information relativeto the patient's health or the situation. Recognizes normal and abnormalfindings when gathering data.Planning - Develops a plan that prescribesstrategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.Evaluates progress toward attainment of goalsand outcomes. Reports data and outcomes to as appropriate to physician and/orother disciplines.Outcomes Identification - Identifies expectedoutcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation.Implements care and supervises care delivered byother team members in alignment with the plan of care and approved safety andinfection control standards.Serves as strong, positive role model for otherhealth care team members.Assesses patients' conditions and care deliverythrough direct observation, rounding, and data input from other team members.Teaching - Employs teaching strategies topromote health and a safe environment.Enhances professional growth through classesrelated to communication, teaching, stress management, conflict resolution,team building annually.
