Grow alongside experienced clinicians with $1,000 in annual CEU support plus two paid education days , while new graduates receive a structured one-year mentorship program tailored to their reduced hours and gradual caseload ramp-up . Conveniently located near Routes 3 and 18 in a multidisciplinary medical park, Weymouth offers suburban convenience just 30-45 minutes from Boston.

Responsibilities:
As a PT You'll Achieve Success By:
* Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
* Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
* Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
* Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
* Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications:
Physical Therapist Requirements:
* Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
* Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
* CPR and first aid certification required
* Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates
