Pay
$13 to $15 per hour based on experience and ability

Schedule
Typical hours are 7 AM to 4 PM

A1 Lawn & Landscape is looking for a Lawn and Landscape Tech who enjoys working outside, wants steady work, and takes pride in clean, detailed lawn maintenance and landscape projects.

This is physical outdoor work in East Texas weather. It is not for someone looking to coast. But for the right person, it is a chance to join a company that cares about quality, teamwork, training, customer service, and long term growth.

·   $13 to $15 per hour depending on what you bring to the table.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

·   Complete lawn maintenance and landscape work assigned by the Operations Manager or Crew Leader.

·   Mow, edge, trim, weed, clean up, mulch, plant, install, and support landscape projects.

·   Use tools, machinery, and equipment safely and keep them in good working order.

·   Clock in and out correctly using the Connect Team app.

·   Communicate clearly with Crew Leaders, office staff, teammates, and clients.

·   Report accidents, broken equipment, job concerns, or safety issues immediately.

·   Help create a positive crew environment and take pride in the finished product.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

·   Shows up on time and ready to work.

·   Has a current Texas driver license.

·   Can pass a background check and pre employment drug screening.

·   Has experience with residential or commercial lawn maintenance and landscape work.

·   Can work with a crew and follow direction without needing to be monitored.

·   Is honest, trustworthy, motivated, and solution focused.

·   Takes pride in quality work and goes the extra mile to make the job top notch.

·   Has strong people skills with fellow employees and customers.

·   You cannot take direction from a Crew Leader or Operations Manager.

·   You are careless with tools, trucks, machinery, or equipment.
