CHVAC Strategic Sourcing Leader - Associate Director

And leads a team of Regional Commodity Managers in the development and implementation of critical sourcing strategies and networks in support of cost, quality, delivery, and innovation excellence. Directs supplier selections, negotiations, and contract administration. Develops strategies to continuously improve and re-evaluate the purchasing activities of the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead global team of Regional Commodity Managers Provide leadership and functional excellence in the establishment and implementation of critical sourcing strategies inclusive of cost, quality, delivery, and innovation elements Key relationship holder with suppliers Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. Directs evaluation and selection of suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply. Directs negotiations, renegotiations, and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. Partners with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and develops sourcing strategies to continuously improve and re-evaluate the purchasing activities of the company. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Contract Management Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Finance Master’s Degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Carrier
