The Greater Lakes Association of REALTORS® is seeking a dependable, organized individual to join our small team. This position provides friendly, professional support to our members while assisting with essential office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer member calls and assist with questions, requests, and membership benefits
- Process membership applications and update member records
- Assist with monthly billing and payment processing
- Set up classrooms and print or organize instructor-provided course materials
- Follow up on member requests and help resolve routine issues
- Support general office functions and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and QuickBooks
- Comfortable with data entry and learning new computer systems
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through
Previous administrative or customer-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. If you are friendly, motivated, and enjoy helping others in the real estate industry, we encourage you to apply.
