Opening Front Desk Associate – Allen Club Job Summary: As an Opening Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression of the Crunch brand. You play a vital role in creating a high-energy, positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. The position is performance-based and includes engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring every guest and member has an outstanding experience. You must be able to work the opening shift (approx. 5am-2pm).
