This role requires an active NJ Massage Therapist License, in good standing.

What You Can Earn

• $280–$340 per day on average * (based on 6 services)
• $27 average service commission
• +$20 average tip per service
• Enhancement commissions (CBD, hot stone, Himalayan salt stone & more)

What You’ll Do

• Customize massage sessions based on client needs
• Recommend enhancements (optional, no pressure selling)
• Build client relationships that keep them coming back
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional workspace

What You Need

• Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
• Graduate of an accredited massage program
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Swedish massage required; additional modalities a plus (we’ll train you)
