This role combines hands-on plant engineering leadership with network-level reliability strategy, driving improvements in equipment performance, maintenance effectiveness, safety, compliance, and operating costs. The role will lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple locations while supporting the development of systems, processes, and team capabilities that improve long-term operational performance.What You’ll DoLead plant engineering, reliability, and maintenance strategies, including maintenance programs, safety work orders, maintenance costs, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and audit comprehensive safety management systems, including department-specific safety programs, training initiatives, safety rules, equipment inspections, and compliance requirements.Lead network-level reliability and engineering projects across multiple manufacturing locations, managing priorities, resources, timelines, budgets, and implementation.Partner with leaders and team members to strengthen performance management, team development, accountability, and Sazerac culture through feedback, performance development systems, and engagement initiatives.Lead and support Infrastructure and Capex projects at manufacturing facilities while identifying opportunities to reduce operating expenses, improve reliability, and move the organization toward zero recordable accidents.Qualifications/RequirementsRequiredBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.10+ years of relevant engineering, reliability, maintenance, manufacturing, or operations experience, including implementation and/or project management experience.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead cross-functional teams, and effectively manage priorities, budgets, and timelines across complex manufacturing environments.Strong computer and technology skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to effectively utilize business and technical systems.Preferred5+ years of experience managing engineering, reliability, maintenance, or operational initiatives across multiple locations.#LI-AS4Culture and BenefitsSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
