Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Physician Assistant in Stuart, Virginia. This school-based outpatient Physician Assistant role serves elementary, middle, and high school students along with school staff. The position is acute care-focused within a structured school-based clinical environment. The role offers independent practice with Medical Director support available and includes hands-on care including minor procedures such as suturing. The schedule is predictable, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, with no call responsibilities.

Role responsibilities include providing acute outpatient care services for students and school staff, delivering care within elementary, middle, and high school settings, performing minor procedures including suturing as needed, practicing independently with Medical Director support available, and maintaining clinical documentation and care coordination responsibilities within an outpatient school-based environment.
