We are proud of exceptional teamwork and unite to work fairly and productively to get the job done.In this Dental Assistant opportunity, you will support the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting during dental procedures, preparing instruments, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring and professional demeanor, ability to start within a month and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Schedule: Monday (every other) in Lake Stevens Tuesdays in Lynnwood Thursdays in Seattle/Northgate Fridays alternate between Bellevue/BellinghamM,T,Th: 9am-5pmResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist during dental procedures, including surgeries, fillings, cleanings, and other treatments.Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment before, during, and after patient treatment.Take digital dental X-rays accurately using dexis software.Prepare materials for dental procedures (e.g., fillings, impressions, crowns).Provide chairside assistance, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed.Record and update patient medical histories and treatment plans in the dental software.Manage dental instruments and tools, passing them to the dentist as needed during procedures.Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.QualificationsWashington RDA requiredCurrent BLS certification3-5 yrs chairside exp requiredKnowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standardsStrong communication and commitment to excellent patient care$23-$26/hr offering a $1500 Sign on BonusBenefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
