• Duration: Ongoing/Immediate start
• Shift: Monday-Thursday 08:00-12:00 & 13:00-17:00; Friday 08:00-12:00; Call required approximately 10 days/month, including weekends
• Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule
• Employment Type: W-2 positioning
• Licenses/Certs: Pediatric Board Certification highly preferred
• Experience: Prior pediatric hospitalist experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient pediatric care, including newborn and child assessments
• Manage patient rounds, diagnoses, and treatments in the clinic and hospital settings
• Collaborate with a dedicated team and support staff to deliver quality patient care
• Utilize office resources such as CLIA waived testing, X-ray, and lab facilities
• Participate in a rotating call schedule, including weekend call coverage
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
• Engage in ongoing communication with local pediatricians and hospital staff

What You Need:

• Pediatric Board Certification (highly preferred)
• Active license to practice in Arizona
• Prior experience as a pediatric hospitalist or in a similar inpatient pediatric role
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach to pediatric care
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
