We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide essential services for Extended School Year (ESY) programming. Your expertise will help students maintain and strengthen their skills during the summer months, ensuring they return to school ready to thrive.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to students as outlined in their IEPs for the duration of ESY services
• Collaborate with special education teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and progress
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate, timely records of student services and outcomes
• Assess student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to maximize benefit within the ESY timeframe
• Provide direct and consultative services in classroom and related school settings
