About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales Enablement to provide strategic leadership for its Retail Sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated enablement strategy that enhances sales effectiveness, leader capability, employee development, and overall business performance. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales leadership, training and development, sales enablement, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of leading a sales team and driving sales performance. The VP of Sales Enablement will work closely with Retail Sales leaders to identify performance gaps, design and implement training and enablement programs, and ensure that the sales team has the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to succeed. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales Enablement include establishing scalable onboarding and continuous learning approaches, collaborating with cross-functional business partners, and evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational change capabilities, the ability to influence and drive adoption across a complex organization, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or professional certification. The role demands a strategic thinker who can translate business priorities into practical solutions and is adept at using performance data to identify needs and assess program effectiveness.
