Part Time As Needed Patient Registration Customer Service Representative
Part Time Patient Registration Representative - Make a Meaningful First ImpressionLocation: Ascension Via Christi Hospital St. Francis.
Shift Hours: PRN - as needed, 48 hours a month minimum requirement, 24 hours on call.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing phone calls and computer-based check-ins with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide calm, compassionate support to individuals who may be anxious or unwell.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , balancing multiple systems and tasks with confidence.
- Learn and apply insurance and healthcare registration processes through comprehensive training.
- Collaborate with a reliable, supportive team focused on your success and long‑term career growth at R1 RCM Inc.
