Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. Oversee medication administration, including IV insertion Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on pain management techniques and primary care practices. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the nursing facility setting. Address any issues related to paitent care, ensuring appropriate treatment and support for patients. Experience A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience in medical documentation practices is necessary for maintaining compliance standards.
