Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing individualized patient treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and safe mobility techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
• Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
