We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Dialysis Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in patient care and a passion for helping individuals with kidney disease. As a Clinical Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing dialysis treatments and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

• **Deliver expert dialysis treatments** by following prescribed protocols and physician orders with precision and care
• **Keep a close eye on our patients** during treatment—monitoring vital signs, spotting changes in condition, and responding quickly to keep everyone safe and comfortable
• **Master the dialysis machines** by setting them up, operating them like a pro, and tackling routine maintenance and troubleshooting with confidence
• **Administer medications and intravenous fluids** exactly as prescribed, ensuring patients get the care they need
• **Empower patients and families** through education about dialysis procedures, dietary tips, and self-care strategies that help them thrive
• **Keep meticulous records** that tell the complete story of each patient's treatment journey and progress

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a dialysis technician training program preferred.
• Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required within 18-months of employment.
