Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results with a keen eye for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for accurate testing as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, guide new staff or trainees, and ensure the lab maintains its high-quality standards.
• Safeguard a clean and safe work environment, strictly following regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degree in allied health with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Must attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification during the duration of employment.
