Data Entry Associate

Tempe, AZ | Fully Onsite
$18-18.50/hour
3-6 Month Contract
Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks . You’ll help process and route documents to the appropriate medical files, clinics, and other locations while helping the team work through a significant backlog.

What you’ll do:

• Enter and update information accurately
• Route and organize documents
• Work with medical files and documentation
• Complete basic administrative tasks
• Follow processes and maintain accuracy
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable and organized
• Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks
• Able to work fully onsite in Tempe

• At least 6 months of experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative support OR 1 year of experience in a healthcare office or patient-facing environment.

• Ability to work a flexible onsite schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 

Schedule: You can choose an 8-hour start time between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM , Monday–Friday, based on business needs and availability.

Training: 1 week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Target start: Late September / early October
