About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with pre-qualified, company-provided leads —no cold calling. Your job is simple: consult, design, present, and close .

What You’ll Do

• Run high-impact in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based system
• Design custom bath solutions on the spot
• Present pricing and close deals same-day
• Attend weekly training to sharpen your edge
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience while driving revenue

What We Require

• Proven home improvement sales experience — REQUIRED
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Confidence presenting and handling objections
• Highly competitive, self-motivated, and disciplined mindset
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
