Responsibilities

• Empower patients and team members as a nursing leader
• To provide management oversight for all phases of the maintenance of the building(s), equipment and utilities in good working order and ensure facility grounds are properly maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate projects including designating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within the budget.
• Perform work as a member of the maintenance team.
• Also, assist in establishing systems for, direct, and oversee aspects of environmental services.

Qualifications

· Journey man status in a trade or craft such as electrician, machinist, millwright, welder, etc. or related field preferred. Equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.

· Minimum of three (3) years related experience.

· One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.

· Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.

· Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.
