RESPONSIBILITES OF THE JOB
- As an Apprentice Technician, you will work alongside our top technicians in the shop and learn/perform repairs that are beyond the scope of an Express Technician
- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Effectively communicate with your Technician Mentor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Learn how to use our drive-through car wash for every customer vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous express technician experience preferred but willing to hire a student currently enrolled in an established Automotive Program
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and proactive communicator
- Ability to learn new technology
- Ensure that customer's cars are kept clean
- Fix it right the first-time mentality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
