Senior Merchandise Planner

Leading eCommerce and Retail Planning initiatives for the Americas market, the full-time Senior Merchandise Planner will craft demand plans, optimize inventory, and drive profitable growth strategies while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Lead weekly and monthly analyses to evaluate sales performance and inventory turnover across DTC channels Prepare strategic reports identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for assortment optimization Oversee Product Life Cycle Inventory management and conduct SKU productivity assessments to maximize profitability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Merchandising, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in planning, demand planning, or digital commerce, preferably in apparel or footwear Expertise in building preseason plans and managing Open to Buy budgets Strong understanding of retail metrics and financial analysis to support business decisions Experience preparing and presenting business performance reports to senior leadership
