Job Description

·                     Supervise and lead a meteorology technician within a rubber processing environment

·                     Oversee the application of rubber onto metal components for defense and military use

·                     Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

·                     Handle all quality documentation including PPAP, control plans, and APQP documentation

·                     Address and resolve customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and supplier quality concerns

·                     Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to develop effective corrective actions

Key Requirements 

·                     AS/BS in Engineering preferred

·                     Background in rubber, plastics, silicones, or polymers highly preferred
