Seeking a full time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a great team in a beautiful area of Oregon!

Hospital Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Join our team of one (1) fulltime physician and wonderful team of six (6) LCSW’s who serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (145k+)
• RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually

• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Professional Details:

• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average 14-17 patients per day
• Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
• Lab on site
• 30+ exam rooms
• 1:16 call; phone call only
• Fulltime, permanent
• Epic EMR
