We are seeking a dedicated Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Postpartum RN to provide exceptional care in a dynamic hospital setting. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years postpartum nursing experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and IV certification
• Proficiency in IV start procedures and labor & delivery (L&D) experience
• EPIC electronic health record system experience
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with antepartum, NICU, or nursery units
• Additional certifications such as NRP or Fetal Heart Monitoring

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• At least 2 years of postpartum and mother-baby unit experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to float to similar acuity units as needed
• Parking options include guaranteed OSUWMC visitor garage parking, shuttle service, or affordable parking lots, with convenient access options for travelers
• Willingness to work night 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
• Valid licensure, certifications, and compliance with all healthcare regulations
