We are looking for one full time provider to work 4 days a week in the clinic. Usually it is a M-Thurs schedule 8am-4pm but they can be flexible on what 4 days of the week a provider is open to work (providers also have the option to work 9-5 instead). The work hours will include a lunch hour (12-1 or 1230-130, providers choice).

Provider will not need privileges but will need to go through onboarding with the team to get access set up.

Start date can be as soon as this is completed so we are aiming for June 1 or earlier June.

Budget for long term housing and that should be completed shortly then updated here.
