Visual Designer

Our client is seeking a passionate Visual Designer to lead the creation and execution of dynamic, high-impact digital marketing campaigns. If you have an exceptional eye for design, expert-level proficiency in Figma , strong Photoshop skills, and a flair for transforming ideas into visuals that demand attention, we want to hear from you. In this role, your work won’t sit unseen—it will be launched, tested, and optimized in real time. You’ll create across channels—display ads, social media content, email campaigns, and brand assets—and see your designs go live fast. This is a role where creativity meets measurable results. You’ll sit at the heart of our creative operation—concepting, refining, and delivering visuals viewed by millions. Often, your work will be the first impression of the brand, making your designs truly matter. Base pay range $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr What We’re Looking For: A creative force who pushes visual boundaries and experiments with new concepts. A Figma expert who can design, prototype, and collaborate seamlessly within the platform. A self-starter who can take projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight. A strategic thinker who always considers the “why” behind every design choice. Passionate about visual storytelling, data visualization, and consumer engagement. A team player who collaborates fluidly with other designers, marketers, and stakeholders. Highly discerning when it comes to composition, layout, and digital aesthetics. What You’ll Need: 4+ years of visual or graphic design experience. Advanced Figma proficiency —this is essential. Strong Photoshop skills; experience with Sketch or related tools is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. A degree in graphic design or a related field preferred. Ability to create a variety of digital assets: emails, ads, landing pages, UI elements, infographics, and more.
