Position Summary We're looking for an energetic, hands‑on Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading high‑performing teams. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more restaurant concepts within The B.O.B. This leader will drive exceptional guest experiences, coach and develop team members, ensure operational excellence, and achieve financial goals while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This is an active leadership position requiring evenings, weekends, holidays, and a visible presence on the restaurant floor. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction Recruit, train, coach, and develop front‑of‑house team members Build and maintain a positive, accountable team culture Manage labor costs, scheduling, and staffing levels Ensure food quality, beverage standards, and service excellence Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the restaurant Enforce company policies, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service standards Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and cost controls Work collaboratively with culinary, events, security, and other departments Support special events, concerts, private parties, and seasonal programming Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve profitability Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and a servant‑leadership mindset Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience High‑volume restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue experience preferred Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with scheduling, labor management, and financial accountability Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Benefits Competitive salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually Health Insurance Dental Insurance House Account dining privileges Paid Time Off #J-18808-Ljbffr
