Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, sales floor, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, high‑traffic areas, and/or receiving zones for unusual activity, policy violations, and conditions that may require a security‑related response. Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with de‑escalation when needed, and coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
