The inventory Control Analyst will ensure product availability, proper identification and verify physical inventory. They will use production experience and reasonable judgment to resolve physical inventory issues and production data input errors within the MRP system. Responsibilities:Inventory Management & Cycle Counting. Ability to analyze inventory levels for accuracy and availability. Experience executing, maintaining, and reconciling inventory cycle counts with MRP/ERP system data. Experience with MRP / ERP Systems. Ability to identify and correct data input errors in inventory and production systems and a good understanding of BOMs, routings, batch numbers, WIP issues, and COGI errors.Strong Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills. Must have experience investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies. Have a proven ability to produce clear reports on cycle count results and discrepancy resolutions and apply judgment and experience to plan, prioritize, and accomplish goals.Attention to Detail & Adherence to Established Processes and Procedures. Ability to prepare and maintain procedures, work instructions, and process documentation and consistently adhere to internal operating procedures.Exceptional Communication & Collaboration Skills. Work closely with production, quality, and purchasing to resolve discrepancy findings and inventory impacts effectively with minimal supervision. Required Skills & Education:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of experience in Inventory Control OperationsExperience with MRP/ERP. Experience with SAP is preferred.
