This isn't just another job—it's a meaningful career opportunity where your voice matters, your efforts are appreciated, and your growth is encouraged.Initially, the CSR will work Monday-Friday 8-5, in office, so they can get acclimated and train properly. This usually is a 60-90 day cycle. After that time period, most CSRs are comfortable on the phone and can answer 80-90% of any customer inquiry. After this training period, a successful employee will transition to a weekend schedule, which Sat/Sun is remote work. Our facility/office is closed over the weekend, so the employee will receive a laptop and be able to work from home.
