Senior Sales Ops Strategist: Segmentation, Quotas & Capacity

Gusto in San Francisco is recruiting a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own segmentation, book-of-business design, quota setting, and capacity planning across Direct, Expansion, and Benefits sales teams.
You'll partner with GTM leaders, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales Compensation to translate strategy into automated models, ensure defensible quotas, and drive scalable planning infrastructure that aligns with growth goals.
