If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in a dynamic 36-bed Emergency Department that serves approximately 59,000 patients annually.

As an Emergency Department RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, timely care to patients of all ages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive and focused assessments of patients with emergent, urgent, or non-urgent conditions
• Triage patients using evidence-based protocols to determine acuity levels and initiate appropriate care
• Providing rapid intervention and stabilization for medical, surgical, traumatic, psychiatric, and pediatric emergencies
• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures per hospital policy and provider orders
• Operating and monitoring medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators
• Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members
• Coordinating patient care, including diagnostic testing and patient education
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record
• Participating in rapid response, trauma activations, and code protocols
• Maintaining strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines
• Supporting a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma (or compact license)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• TNCC and ENPC certifications (preferred)
• Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability
• Competency in trauma care, cardiac care, and stabilizing critically ill patients
• Ability to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations
