Coverage:
Mon- Fri, 4x 10-hour days, filling in for leave.
Practice:
Sole Medical Provider
Census:
Adults and Children of all ages. Patients per day: 15+
Scope:
Includes the management of chronic conditions, annual exams, acute illnesses, urgent/emergent care. Treating or stabilizing to send home, or transport for higher level of care.
EMR:
Athena
Requirements of the Family Medicine & Urgent Care (NP/PA) Role:
CO state license: active, unrestricted (in-hand).
Board Certification - Family Nurse Practitioner
Experience: 2-years
DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained - work and education)
