Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP licensure in Massachusetts (MA) required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school, or healthcare-based speech therapy
• ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
• Solid interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, students, and families
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs for school-aged children a plus

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-8 students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with educational standards
• Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing educational planning process
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating environment
