Jockey is seeking part-time seasonal consumer care agents to join our team.

As a consumer care agent at Jockey, you'll have the opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand in our corporate contact center located in Kenosha, WI. This role entails assisting our consumers in placing product orders via phone while providing exceptional customer support.

Schedule/Location:

• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including Saturdays. Preferred hours are 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Location: For onboarding and training, you will start at our corporate office in Kenosha. After training, you will work remotely or on a hybrid schedule.

What you'll do:

• Answer inbound consumer calls; assist in placing customer orders
• Respond to consumer inquiries
• Respond to shipping inquiries; answer order status questions
• Demonstrative effective problem solving and customer relation skills
• Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Enter relevant information into CRM database system after each contact, ensuring pertinent customer data
• Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as necessary
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and procedure knowledge

What you'll need:

• High school degree or equivalent
• One year of experience in a customer service call center
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive demeanor
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
