With over 40 years of industry experience, Hybrid Digital has cemented itself as one of the most dependable and trusted sources for on-demand print and fulfillment.The warehouse supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily warehouse operations in support of production and distribution objectives. This role directs activities related to receiving, stocking, replenishment, inventory control, material movement within the manufacturing facility, and outbound shipping to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient flow of goods.The warehouse manager needs to be a results-oriented leader with a strong operational knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing support processes. This individual will foster a culture accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulation, and performance expectation.This position supports operations year-round. During peak season, the schedule and daily hours fluctuate based on business demand and may include evenings, weekends and extended shifts. During peak season schedules are more regular and predictable.Non-peak seasonMonday – FridayRegular shift 7am – 4pmOccasional weekend work may be required based on business needsPeak seasonWorkdays and hours vary based on business demands.May include weekends and extended shifts.Employees must be available for variable hours and days as workload increases.What You'll DoParticipate in recruitment, development, training and retention of warehouse teamDirect the day to day flow and activities of the warehouse including:receiving of inbound inventorystaging, stocking and replenishment of inventory to warehouse locationsinventory control and accuracyshipping of outbound inventorySupervise the warehouse team and monitor their production and work habits, serving as coach and mentor to meet their peak performanceMaintain a clean and organized work and warehouse environment that meets safety standardsMonitor warehouse performance, operating costs and ensure company standards of excellence are metCoordinate preventative maintenance for forklifts and other equipment in warehouse operationsCommunicate with other supervisors and leads to facilitate efficient operations across all departmentsWhat You'll NeedEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in warehouse administration or a related field preferred.Skills and Abilities:Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
