Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Main customer contact for one or more accounts
• Project planning and control for new business
• Develop and submit quotation details to customer.
• Maintain and track pricing changes / history for all parts
• Conduct cost and profit analysis
• Negotiate with customers
• Responsible for aftermarket / service part pricing
• Manage priorities and schedule to ensure customer requirements are met
• Build customer relationships and ability to understand customer needs and requirements
• Some Travel required
• Must be flexible & able to work in all areas and in your department regardless of duties listed above in order to accomplish FTIC goals & objectives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• B.S. degree in a technical field.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• CMS experience is a plus
• High level of mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong sales and marketing orientation, manufacturing environment preferred

Environment:

May be exposed to both hot and cool conditions, with a moderate to high noise level.

• Basic administrative recycling of paper, plastics, aluminum.
• Ensure EMS requirements are being followed by all Team Members in respective areas
