ERP Program Manager

H-E Parts is embarking on a global business transformation to modernize its enterprise technology landscape, standardize business processes, and enable scalable growth across our worldwide operations. We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Director to lead the execution of this multi-year transformation. Rather than defining strategy, this leader will operationalize an established roadmap into a disciplined, well-governed program that delivers measurable business outcomes. This role requires an accomplished program executive who thrives in complex environments, can manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, and possesses the leadership skills to align executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners around a common vision. The successful candidate will build the governance structure, establish integrated program plans, manage dependencies across workstreams, and ensure successful deployment of enterprise applications across North America, South America, Australia, and future global locations. WHAT YOU'LL LEAD You’ll oversee execution of one of the company’s most strategic business initiatives, including: Enterprise ERP implementation and global deployment General Ledger redesign and financial process alignment Enterprise application modernization Cloud-first technology adoption Organizational change management and user adoption ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Be a Safety Champion Demonstrate H-E Parts’ commitment to safety by following company policies and promoting a culture of safety in every aspect of program delivery. Convert strategic vision into an executable enterprise program. Build and maintain integrated program plans. Establish governance structures and executive reporting. Manage program scope, budget, milestones, and success metrics. Drive accountability across all workstreams. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with: Business Process Owners Finance Operations Supply Chain External Systems Integrators to ensure alignment throughout the transformation. Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while managing: Risks Issues Resource constraints Critical path activities Lead Change Management Champion organizational readiness by: Supporting communication strategies Encouraging adoption of standardized business processes Building organizational momentum throughout the transformation Promote a cloud-first, configure-not-customize philosophy by reducing legacy customizations and enabling scalable, standardized business processes. Provide oversight and accountability for implementation partners, consultants, software vendors, and systems integrators. PROGRAM ENVIRONMENT This transformation includes: Global headquarters in Atlanta Legacy ERP environment with more than 25 years of customization Cloud-first architecture IT/OT separation initiatives Configure-over-customize implementation philosophy Deployment roadmap includes: Global template design and standardization (currently underway) Australia rollout QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience 10+ years leading enterprise technology programs Multiple successful ERP implementations Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ERP execution—not strategy alone Industrial manufacturing experience Experience managing enterprise PMOs Experience managing large systems integrators Executive steering committee leadership Enterprise organizational change management Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of: IT and Operational Technology (OT) Data governance Configure vs. Customize implementation approaches Enterprise application modernization The successful candidate will demonstrate: Executive presence Program governance expertise Ability to simplify complexity High accountability Bias toward execution Calm leadership under pressure Results-oriented leadership style WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within the first 12 months, this leader will have: Established a mature enterprise governance framework Built a fully integrated global program roadmap Successfully aligned business and IT stakeholders Reduced program risk through disciplined execution Positioned the North America rollout for successful deployment Improved enterprise process standardization Built strong relationships with executive leadership and implementation partners WHY JOIN H-E PARTS?
