Shift: Monday to Saturday 12PM to 7:30PM

AGE: MUST be 21 years and older.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide customers with a unique shopping experience while providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance. Keep Store neat and organized.
• Assist customers with finding products that match their tastes.
• Process POS (point of sale) transactions.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers, employees, and vendors.
• Answer sales and customer questions.
• LOTS of FOOD Prep - cutting / cleaning cases of poultry and sorting portions for meal prep. Additional task include:
• Preparing orders for delivery/pickup that come in from our online ordering partners.
• Stocks shelves or arrange merchandise.
• Restock Downtown locations - Bring Food and/or items when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Owner.

Experience :

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with finding products that match their tastes.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers, employees, and vendors.
• Answer sales and customer questions.
• Coordinate with the rest of the team to provide exceptional customer service.
• LOTS of FOOD Prep - cutting / cleaning cases of poultry and sorting portions for meal prep. Additional task include:

- Preparing orders for delivery/pickup that come in from our online ordering partners.

- Stocks shelves or arrange merchandise.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in working both day and night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of POS transactions
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, & listening).
• Ability to problem solve independently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Time management skills to ensure efficient use of work hours.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an asset for serving diverse customer base
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, bend, reach, twist, push & pull packages/bags/bags etc., climb stairs as needed (may include multiple steps), walk up stairs as needed (may include on carpet or concrete floors).
