Plant Operations Leader - Growth, Quality & CI

Oxco, LLC seeks a Plant Manager to lead the 200k sq ft facility in Fort Mill, SC, directing warehouse and production operations to meet customer demand safely and efficiently. You will drive continuous improvement, manage staff of ~100, enforce GMP and OSHA-compliant practices, and partner with Sales and Supply Chain to optimize the value stream.
